Overview

Your local insider will lead you on the best conceivable route through Hong Kong, from the tip of Victoria Peak to the churning shoreline of Kowloon City, introducing you to secluded gems and unique flavors and scenes along the way, like Dragon’s Back, a surreal urban hike.

Where gleaming skyscrapers juxtapose against the mountainous Victoria Peak, you could explore Central and see the city’s incongruous contrasts for yourself. Traditional Chinese junk boats glide past futuristic tower blocks in Victoria Harbor, or perhaps head further east to neighboring areas like Sheung Wan, a working-class district that shelters rich traditions. You could explore a mainland district like Kowloon, where Asian influences permeate architecture and cuisine, while the New Territories further north remain far more rural. Your host will show you Hong Kong at its best, from rustic communities and hamlets like Sham Shui Po to the neon light show observed from Victoria Harbor every single night.

3 Hour Tour in Hong Kong
TrailBlazer589722, 03-01-2020
I had a great time with my local tour guide. I sent some sights that I wanted to see to the guide in advance, and he mapped out our time together. He told my the ins and outs of the area, and it really felt like an immersive experience. I would recommend this tour highly!
Agree with all of Victor's Great Reviews

We actually did two tours with City Unscripted in Hong Kong. The first was a 4-hour tour in Kowloon in our date of arrival with Madison and the second was two days later and an 8-hour tour of Hong Kong with Victor. Madison is a bit younger and newer to tours, but is engaging and she is pretty good with logistics. If you know what you want to see, she will get you there.

My main review is of the 8 hours with Victor. This was our day to see HK Island and he made suggestions and we had our own after watching the many Vloggers on Youtube. Our add ins were Hong Kong Park and Oddies for eggettes with ice cream and he included them both. He added in a working class neighborhood in Kowloon at the beginning with a market so we could learn how the average HKer who is not involved in financial services, lives. This included a trip to a large market and a local temple. We also took the Star Ferry to Central with a bus up Victoria Peak and the Peak Tram down. We did the mid level escalators, a ride on a ding ding, and saw neighborhoods on HK Island and learned some history as well as what is going on now with protests. Victor put it all in perspective very nicely and we saw so much. He's a pro and provides an outstanding tour. I would hope that Victor would put together his own tour video and do this thing on a larger scale. He really is THAT good at this.

If you are reading this Victor, good luck to you and all Hong Kongese.
Fun, at our pace

Lulu was perfect for the three of us. She made sure we saw everything on our “wish list” plus interesting local venues as well. She allowed us as much time as we liked and she was such an interesting guide. But the best thing she did for us was to help us acquire needed clothes and supplies as our luggage did not make it to Hong Kong. She taught us how to bargain and now we have a new skill! What a great day we had!

I booked a tour with this company on here for one day and one with there private site also and I also had the pleasure of having Lulu as a guide and she was very good and knew a lot about her city and would have no one else show me around this city , she was remarkable and easy going showing me all the sites Hong Kong has to offer and then taking myself the day after over to Macua for which there not much to see as she did warn me but casinos for which the fowls from China love , ps bit of advice casino is jammed packed out the door and is huge
Ferry across to Macau is good and takes approx a hour , when return to Hong Kong will definitely book Lulu again as be good to
Meet up with her
