Really great

I can’t review a night tour because due to the ‘ troubles’ Richard thought it better to change it to the day time. It really didn’t matter as the tour he took us on in Kowloon was excellent culminating in taking us to a small local restaurant selling local food which we would not have gone to. He gave us some further ideas of what to see on our trip. One being to go to Stanley which we did and thoroughly enjoyed it. Richard has a great level of knowledge of HongKong/Kowloon and has a brilliant command of the English language.

great night out

Melissa turned up on time, visited Noodle restaurant and local bars which i would have missed if Melissa would not have taken me. Had a great snack meal in a picturesque square which was a local prison, again a place only the locals would know. Melissa was also able to tell me about living in Hong Kong and answer questions like where do people park their cars.Can recommend Melissa as a guide to show you parts of Hong Kong you would surely miss.

Great Tour

We visited in July 2019 with Melissa as our tour guide. She was so informative and knew all the local spots to take us to. It was like hanging out with an old friend. We highly recommend this tour!

Another great way to see Hong Kong Island

The operators provided the contact details of the guide as soon as tour was confirmed, was great to be able to contact to confirm rendezvous. Samuel, our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable and we were soon chatting away like old friends. The dim sum restaurant to try the local ware a very nice touch. Another great way to see the ‘real’ Hong Kong.

Not as promised on TripAdvisor

Technically there were places that we couldn’t visit by walking although it was promised on the tour plan. But the tour guide was friendly and flexible and overall we had a very good experience with him so we enjoyed the tour with him. I recommend this kind of tour because it can help you get to places that you wouldn’t know otherwise but I recommend to ask and make sure that what you will get what you expect.
